Week 8- REBT
The importance of building a relationship really struck a chord with me while reading this chapter. It made me reflect on where I started with my student staff, and where we are now. Different students are going to have different needs, and its important to build a relationship with them. Even if that means hosting an Olympics themed team building activity:)
